My name is Marisol Chappell, and I created LifeCharge after years of working closely with college students, supporting teens in my community, and guiding adults through personal and professional shifts. Over time, I noticed a pattern. Many capable young people struggle not because they lack ability or motivation, but because they haven’t been taught how to understand themselves, evaluate options, or make decisions with structure.

LifeCharge provides structured coaching for high school juniors, seniors, and young adults who need more than encouragement. Through the LifeCharge Navigation Framework, coaching combines guided reflection, practical systems, and personalized strategies to help individuals build clarity, confidence, and direction.

For many young people, pressure increases around college, career choices, and life after graduation. They are often told there is a right path, yet real life is rarely linear. Without structure, decisions can feel rushed, overwhelming, or unclear.
